Introducing Providence Findhelp. Beginning January 1, 2026, LiveWellLocal.org will retire. Providence Findhelp continues the work of LiveWellLocal.org with enhanced features, including:
- Referral tracking for better follow-up and care coordination
- Expanded translation support to serve diverse communities
- A growing network of community partners and services
