Work With Us
PIHC works closely with our Partners to bring innovative well-being tools and resources to the community. Many are free and can be accessed online, while others have a cost associated with them. If your organization is interested in our Community Well-being Tools, contact us to get started.
Become a Partner
All community members and organizations are invited to become PIHC Partners. It’s free and easy to sign-up. Partners stay up to date on the latest at PIHC and can post and manage free well-being listings on LiveWellLocal.org.
Community Well-being Tools
LiveWellLocal.org is a crowd-sourced, hyper-local search tool for health and well-being resources that makes it easy to find resources in Snohomish County that support health and healing. LiveWellLocal.org helps make visible the unique strengths, assets and skills of individual organizations and of our collective community.
TotalHEALTH™ is a tool designed to integrate the health, social services, education and economic sectors within the community, making it easier to pool resources and address the areas of greatest need. TotalHEALTH™ gives providers the tools to ask the right questions, offer viable solutions, easily connect with other professionals and track client progress in real-time.
My Community Health and Well-Being Monitor™
The Health & Well-Being Monitor™ is a longitudinal survey that measures the health and wellness of the residents of Snohomish County. Smaller community groups like churches, neighborhoods or regions within the county can conduct a survey and compare their results with the countywide benchmark.
Access to reliable, fact-based health information can change lives, families and communities for the better. Our education/outreach team draws from various service lines across Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, each with its specific focus and area of interest.
Edge of Amazing
Edge of Amazing Health Summit brings people together from the private and public sector: businesses, non-profits, educational institutions, and faith, tribal and government agencies. Through a series of inspiring keynote addresses and expert-led workshops, we celebrate the steps we’ve made to improve well-being and learn strategies for creating a healthier community together.
MyLiveWell360 is “people-powered” health and well-being. An opportunity for participants to discover what matters to them, take action and participate in a meaningful program with support from local resources, and monitor progress.
Costs and Funding
Our partners fund health and well-being programs in a variety of ways. Some have a specific line item in their budget and others work through grants and community partnerships. There are a wealth of options available. If you’re interested in partnering, contact us to discuss funding opportunities.
