National Hospice Care Month

Our Hospice and Home Care team has been keeping busy being out in community this month.

Our Hospice and Home Care team has been keeping busy being out in community this month. We get to hear from Jesse Simmons, Hospice and Home Care Community Liaison.

It’s National Hospice Care month, and it’s been a great opportunity the last couple of weeks showing our appreciation within the community.  I have been visiting in the local clinics/doctor offices, as well as the care facilities in my territory.  I’ve been working on building relationships directly with providers and offering hospice education whenever possible.

Please see the attached photos of the gift baskets that I’ve been giving out in the community for National Hospice Month.  I’ve also celebrated our country’s Veterans for Veteran’s Day in the care facilities with an American flag pin on a thank you card, and it was so warmly received by all!
