Providence was in community at the Latino Expo 2023 on Saturday, July 29th at Edmonds College on the Triton Field in Lynnwood put on by Latino Educational Training Institute (LETI). Hundreds of people attended, on a beautiful sunny day, for this lively free fair celebrating Latino culture. Anne Alkema from PIHC staff was joined by Providence Community Health Workers, Andrea Mccay-Correa and Amall Al Safadi Kurbaj , along with Providence Community Liaison, Daniel Rivera. There were live performances, a kid’s area, including a bouncy house, great Latin food trucks, and raffles and prizes (including a big tv!).
