Infusion Inclusion with Everett Recovery Café

September is National Recovery Month

September marks National Recovery Month, bringing awareness to our communities that the possibility of recovery for folks to heal and thrive is to be celebrated. Let’s celebrate people on their path to recovery and remind them they’re not alone. When it comes to recovery from addiction, support makes a big difference.

Everett Recovery Café held their second annual Inclusion Infusion, an inclusive resource event dedicated to supporting individuals and families. This event featured engaging family-centered activities, provided access to vital information, and fostered connections with diverse service partners.

Everett Recovery Cafe is a community of healing, purpose, and hope; founded on the belief that every human being is beloved regardless of past trauma, mental and emotional anguish, addictive behaviors, or mistakes made.

Providence Substance Use Treatment and Recovery ServicesProvidence Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse (PICAA) , and Providence Institute for a Healthier Community (PIHC) were onsite for this event sharing resources and information about programs supporting whole person health.

Why we do this work: Programs like these are part of North Puget Sound’s Community Health Investment (CHI) efforts in service to our Mission and commitment to community health. Our CHI programs partner with local organizations, bridge the gaps in care and connect with our community.
