The City of Mukilteo held its annual wellness resource fair for City of Mukilteo employees. Providence Regional Medical Center Everett had our Stroke department, Trauma and Injury Prevention department, and the Institute for a Healthier Community on site. Our Stroke department provided educational information for spotting the signs of a stroke. Trauma and Injury supplied information for Stop the Bleed as well as flyers for some of their upcoming classes for the community. Providence Institute for a Healthier Community had hand sanitizers, band-aid packs, and stress ball giveaways on hand for those who stopped by, and resource materials for www.LiveWellLocal.org where folks can find local resources in Snohomish County.
