Providence Institute for a Healthier Community, along with staff from Providence Swedish Accountable Care and Regional Community Services were on hand to offer education and resource connections, through Snohomish County Resource Hub LiveWellLocal™.
Along with many traditional food, arts, and crafts options our we enjoyed connecting with other local organizations such as the City of Lynnwood, and Snohomish County Alzheimer’s Association Chapter
